After lots of hard work preparing the soil, growing, planting, weeding, and watering, I am finally able to start seeing the results of all of my hard work. We have been happily enjoying strawberries, lettuce, string beans, romano beans, and zucchini straight from the garden. The tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, broccoli and more are also well on their way. What’s this have to do with health and wellness you ask?
Well, besides having healthy, organic produce growing in my own garden, this really serves as an analogy.
