gaby- A healthy person is in a state of physical, mental, and social well being. Health is not merely the absence of symptoms. 
 
- Health begins before birth.
 
- The five main factors that contribute to health are: sleep, food, exercise, mental/emotional well being, and proper nervous system function.
 
- It is important to keep the nervous system functioning properly. Think of your spine as a garden hose. What happens when it gets just a little kink? The water flows poorly. The same thing happens when your spine or your child's spine is out of alignment.
 
- There are many things that can cause subluxations (the "kinks") of the spine including: falls, stress, emotional trauma, sports, dance, sleeping imporperly, exposure to toxins, etc.
 
- Want to stay healthy during flu season? Keep your family member's spines aligned, eat well, take probiotics, vitamin D3 and omega-3s.
